What the first consultation does
Start by explaining your travel timing, visa category, insurance needs, condition name, and preferred hospital or specialist. We clarify which matters can be handled and which require insurer or hospital confirmation.
Confirm fees before proceeding
No universal premium or service-fee quote is published here. Confirm the insurer, product, eligibility, premium, medical cost sharing and HealUSA fee separately in writing. The approximate $1,000 monthly figure elsewhere is only a preliminary planning reference.
Decisions and responsibilities
Insurers decide eligibility and benefits under the policy; hospitals decide appointments and clinicians decide treatment. HealUSA provides coordination assistance and does not guarantee coverage, visas, appointments or outcomes.
